Summary: Luka Donic has the highest floor of any prospect in the draft. With a polished game, overall court vision, and good defense his worst scenario is a 15 ppg player in his prime who does a little bit of everything. The concerning part about Luka is that he lacks the traditional foot speed that scorers like him need to be number one options on NBA teams. If he gets that, the ceiling is for Luka becomes much higher than it even is right now. Luka has been dominating the Euro league since he was 17, so for me he remains the second best prospect in the draft.
NBA player floor: Evan Turner
NBA player ceiling: Paul Pierce/James Harden

Luka crosses half-court with a spin move and immediately has the vision to create an alley-oop out of nothing thus highlighting his superior vision and play-making ability.

Here you can see Luka try to do a little too much. He over-dribbles and takes a contested, low percentage shot which he tends to do sometimes.
