Summary: Michael Porter Jr is perhaps the most boom/bust prospect in the draft. Coming off a major injury with his back which lead to surgery, he dropped from a consensus top three overall pick to dropping out of the top five of the draft potentially for most mocks. Porter has tremendous potential and has shown his to score along with elite potential, but his health concerns and lack of college tape will prevent Porter from being a consensus top three pick.

NBA player floor: Michael Beasley

NBA player ceiling: Kevin Durant

Looking at the Tape

Here, Porter exhibits his ability to score in transition and make the most of any fast break opportunity.

In this sequence you see Porter try to take into double coverage and misses the shot badly. It illustrates his lack of vision and offensive moves which he needs to improve upon still.
